COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

 

From May 17, 2021

Our doors will be open and customers can fit items in-store. Items will quarantine for 48hrs before returning to the shop floor if not purchased after fitting.

We will restrict numbers on the premises per zone of the shop, ideally no more than 1 or 2 people per zone. You may be asked to wait outside or in a different zone until the zone you want is clear.

For the comfort of our vulnerable customers and staff we ask that you have patience and understanding, please wear a mask at all times, sole exception is in fitting a wetsuit as we know that is hot work.

Zone 1 - Till area: wetsuit Boots, Gloves, Hoods, Crocs, wax, keepsakes, leashes, board repair kits, deck grip, swim accessories, Beanies, Buffs, toddler wetsuits (age 5 and under)

Zone 2a - Lower ground floor left: men's and juniors clothing

Zone 2b - lower ground floor right: Women's clothing, baseball caps, belts, etc

Some footwear is in various parts of zone 2 and zone 1.

Zone 3a - Upstairs front left - Junior wetsuits, neoprene separates (Vests, shorts, leggings, jackets)

Zone 3b - Upstairs front right - Men's winter wetsuits, sale wetsuits, lifejackets, buoyancy aids, skimboards

Women's wetsuits overlap between Zone 3a and Zone 4.

Zone 4 - Upstairs rear - Men's summer and 4/3 wetsuits, Surfboards, change robes

 

 

LEVEL 5

Current guidelines from Government until May 10th, 2021

We are on-site 12pm to 4pm Monday to Friday to receive deliveries, answer calls, emails, and online queries.

There will be a sign on the door with contact numbers for deliveries outside of these hours.

We are allowing customers to fit products and return them within 1 month if the size or style isn't correct as long as it has not been used.

For hygiene reasons any items returned go into quarantine for 72 hours before they can be released to any other customer even if they are showing as in-stock on our website.

If you submit an online order and the item is in quarantine you will be advised of this and any delay in shipping that may result.

If you want to wait until a zone has no-one else in it, just let us know and we can advise if another zone is clear for you to wait.

Zone 4 - Upstairs front left - Women's wetsuits, Junior wetsuits, neoprene separates (Vests, shorts, leggings, jackets)

Zone 5 - Upstairs front right - Men's winter wetsuits, sale wetsuits, lifejackets, buoyancy aids, skimboards
