...Delivery Details

Click and Collect

You will get an email to confirm your order, and then another to say it has been processed. When you get the second email it is ready for collection.

Our hours are now 11am to 5pm daily during the summer months (June to mid August).

We do not ship non-Irish products internationally, this applies to all third party brands such as: Billabong, Rip Curl, Protest, Saltrock, Quiksilver, Roxy, Alder and C-Skins.

Shipping

At this time we are using the services of An Post, Ireland's national postal service. Should you wish us to use a courier service please get in contact.

Certain items in our inventory are not available for delivery and others are restricted to Ireland only.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days. Orders shipped to Irish addresses should be delivered within one week. Those shipped overseas can take 2 weeks or more depending on the country.

You can find delivery time estimates on the An Post website.

We are using tracked postage for orders over €20 so if your order doesn't arrive in a timely fashion please let us know so that we can follow up with An Post.

Irish orders should normally be delivered within a week, USA however can take up to a month so we ask customers to be patient.

If your country is not listed as an option for shipping during checkout please contact us as we can add it to the list. Unfortunately there is no mechanism for us to add multiple countries at once so we are just adding countries on demand.

From January 1, 2021 there are new customs regulations phasing in world wide removing the low value exemption, this may lead to import duties for customers outside the EU. Please check with your local postal service to see if this will apply for your country.

Shipping of Boards

We do not ship Surfboards, bodyboards or non-plastic skateboards due to the risk of damage in shipping and there is a distinct lack of shippers willing to handle things the size of most surfboards.
Unfortunately the one courier we know of in our area that will deliver boards also damages them, regularly.  Here are a couple of pictures to show the state of some of the boxes containing surfboards when we receive them from our suppliers.

Mashed in tail of board box

box damaged along rail and top in the middle

We have received surfboards with a puncture on the deck, a smashed tail or dings on the rail, we've also received bodyboards and softboards with cosmetic dings or worse and one skateboard with a rail smashed. For this reason the only boards of any sort that we ship are the small plastic skateboards and tiny bodyboards which An Post will accept.
