Returns policies
- We are happy to exchange or refund any items within 30 days of purchase provided that they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
- If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- The sole exception to the 30 day returns policy are gift purchases in November and December for which we extend the returns window to January 30th.
- All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original method of payment.
- We do not issue refunds on sale or reduced items.
- For sale items returned in their original condition and with an original receipt and within 14 days, we offer an exchange for alternative items or gift voucher at the purchase price.
- Faulty goods will either be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded depending on the nature of the fault. We will first need to inspect the faulty item to make a decision.
- We do not refund items purchased with a gift receipt; we can offer an exchange for another item or for a gift voucher providing it is within 30 days of its original purchase date.
- For the benefit of our customers and for reasons of hygiene we regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any items of swimwear. Specifically men's and boys lycra swimwear or lined shorts; or women's and girl's swimwear lacking the hygiene liner.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Gift Vouchers.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product barcode still attached in full.
- This does not effect your statutory rights.

Shipping
At this time we are using the services of An Post, Ireland's national postal service. Should you wish us to use a courier service please get in contact.
Certain items in our inventory are not available for delivery and others are restricted to Ireland only.
Free shipping within Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €100 until November 30, 2025
For orders shipping to addresses outside the EU you may incur customs duties which we have no control over. The amount of duties depends on the local government's import tariffs and exemption thresholds.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days. Orders shipped to Irish addresses should be delivered within one week. Those shipped overseas can take 2 weeks or more depending on the country.

We are now using tracked postage for orders over €20 if your order doesn't arrive in a timely fashion please let us know so that we can follow up with An Post.
Irish orders should normally be delivered within a week, USA however sometimes takes over a month so we ask customers to be patient.
From January 1, 2021 there are new customs regulations phasing in world wide removing some of the low value exemptions, this may lead to import duties for customers outside the EU. Please check with your local postal service to see if this will apply for your country.
