Returns
Warranty returns:
If a product you have purchased is faulty contact us to check the warranty period, we can't process a warranty return without the original receipt. If you do not have the receipt please check your bank records that shows date of purchase and the product code, so that we can find the original transaction in our system.
Warranty periods vary massively between suppliers and product types.
For instance Pura Vida have no warranty at all on their products whereas most of the wetsuits have at least a 1 year warranty on seams.
In general our suppliers will ask for the purchase receipt before honouring warranty returns, we can recall receipts on our system if you have the original date of purchase and ideally the product code ( this is usually on the care label on clothing or printed on the inside of neoprene products).
Warranties only cover faults not excessive wear and tear. We have had suppliers refuse to repair/replace items under warranty if they judge that there are signs of excessive wear or abuse of the product. We will give guidance on what we think their judgment might be. In case of a fixable fault the product will be sent to the designated workshop for repair if that is what the supplier requests, we have no control over a decision to repair v replace by the supplier. If something is sent back for repair we would generally expect that to take at least 2 weeks or longer as almost all of our suppliers are outside Ireland.
If you can not bring the item to us let us know and we can walk you through taking the correct photos for us to assess if it is a warranty issue. If we confirm it looks like a warrant issue we will email you a postage label to ship the item back to us or direct to the supplier.
Sale stock returns
Any sale items must be returned within 21 days for refund with accompanying receipt and tags.
Change of Mind/Fit returns
We allow 30 days from date of purchase for change of mind or incorrect size returns. The items should be unused and have all packaging and labels intact. For items that are in a sealed plastic bag we understand you will have to open that bag to check fit but labels must remain attached.
Items should not have been worn outside of your home or show signs of wear. If you are unsure of how a wetsuit or other neoprene product should fit and you can't come into the shop please contact us and we can arrange a zoom call or similar to do a video consultation.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
If the return is for an online order we do not cover postage for returns but if returning an entire order we will refund the original shipping cost along with the product cost.

If the item was a gift the barcode label with the product code should still be attached with just the price missing, either a peelable small sticker or a tear off below the barcode depending on the product.
Online order return due to faults

Please contact us to get a shipping label for your return before sending it, we have no other mechanism to cover postage on returns.
Christmas/New Year return window
For full price purchases made in November or December we allow returns to the end of January but normal rules on packaging, labels and receipts still apply. If you are placing an online order as a gift you can ask for a gift receipt to be included and prices can be removed from labels if you do not want the recipient to know the cost. Please ensure the tag with the product code and barcode (where applicable) remains attached.
