Tide table times are based on Galway Bay which is just a 5 minute difference for Lahinch.
To read the tide times look at the relevant date.
There are usually 3 or 4 times in 24hr format for each date, then there is the height of the tide. The high number is high tide = when the tide is fully in
the low number is low tide = when the tide is fully out.
As a general rule in Lahinch the tide is on the rocks for at least 2 hours either side of high tide.
