Surfboard Trade-in
Do you take surfboard trade-ins?
Sometimes.
It depends on whether we have space at that time, what sort of board you are trading in and what condition it is in.
Typically we will take softboard trade-ins in decent condition but any others will depend on current constraints on the premises.
When space allows we will allow you leave a board into the shop for us to sell on comission (15%) but this is not as common as it used to be.
A lot of the surfers tend to sell their boards through various online channels. The most popular are a few facebook groups where the locals sell surfboards and other surf equipment.
Surfboards for Sale Ireland - this group requires members to be Irish residents but will allow overseas surfers to join if you note in your application that you are visiting Ireland.
